Greg L. Glassman
President

Originally from Southern California, Greg Glassman has been living in Huatulco Oaxaca Since 2005. After graduating from the University of California San Diego, Greg started his real estate career working in Commercial Real Estate with CB Richard Ellis. After working at CB Richard Ellis and receiving his California Real Estate Sales Person License, Greg decided to change the direction of his focus.

He believed the Real Estate market in California was too saturated and thus overly restrictive, therefore, a paramount decision was made and Mexico became the new frontier.

While residing in Huatulco, Mexico, Greg has nurtured a reputation as a high-end residential developer. As a partner in G2 Soluciones en Bienes Raices, a premier development group focused on beach front development in Huatulco, Greg has spearheaded luxury planned use developments and has extensive experience in closing land purchases in Mexico. On many occasions Greg has acted as a consultant to foreign investors and builders. Greg has been able to merge his fervor for real estate development along with his understanding of the Huatulco market thus allowing him to offer his clients a hands on and professional approach to Huatulco’s ever growing real estate market.

During his time in Huatulco, Greg worked diligently to upgrade his Real Estate Sales Persons license to that of a Real Estate Broker. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker Greg has a moral obligation to uphold a high standard of values and ethics. Using these beliefs as corner stones, Greg & his wife Courtney started Resort Real Estate Services, located in Bahias de Huatulco.


Courtney E. Glassman
Executive Director

Courtney Elizabeth Glassman, moved to Huatulco from L.A. in 2005 to teach English and looking for a temporary adventure. What she found was a small town with an enchanting mix of beauty and culture. After realizing that Huatulco held her heart she decided to use her knowledge and experience in the business world to begin a rewarding occupation. Courtney now runs and supervises the luxury vacation rental and destination wedding division of Resort Real Estate Services as well as working in property sales and other areas of the company.

Courtney holds a degree in Physics and Kinesiology from California State University of San Bernardino and has a Masters of Arts in Biomechanics from San Diego State University California. A responsible director, Courtney is gifted in the establishment of strong work related relationships and always exercises tact during business endeavors. To fulfill her own desire to remain in Huatulco as well as build an enticing career, Courtney along with her husband Greg created and opened Resort Real Estate Services, with the hope of sharing the charm of the Huatulco lifestyle.
 
 


Wes M. Reef
Director of Sales


Wes Reef was born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a major in accounting, he returned to Los Angeles to begin a career in the record industry. There he worked in many areas. Focusing on marketing and sales he climbed the corporate ladder and despite his success, Wes realized that he wanted something different, something Los Angeles could not offer him.

The opportunity to live and work in the paradise that is Huatulco was impossible for him to resist. He moved to Huatulco in 2008 and found exactly what he had always been looking for.

Since arriving in Huatulco, Wes immersed himself in the inner workings of real estate and the Huatulco market. Recognizing the direction of his life Wes made the choice to study for his Real Estate license which was awarded to him in December of 2008. His experience in marketing and sales coupled with his quick wit and intelligence allowed Wes to quickly become an asset to the community and the real estate market of Huatulco
